Estrenada las imágenes del videoclip de ‘Baby I´m jealous’, la esperada colaboración funky-pop de la cantante Bebe Rexa con la rapera Doja Cat, anunciada esta misma semana.En los créditos del vídeo figuran Hannah Lux Davis como director y Brandon Bonfiglio como productor.
‘Baby I’m jealous’ es el título del primer sencillo que se incluirá con mucha probabilidad en el segundo álbum de estudio de Bebe Rexha. La canción se ha estrenado este mismo viernes en las principales plataformas de streaming. Se trata de una colaboración con la rapera californiana Doja Cat y en la que se intercalan guitarras funky, muy Chic, con otras sonoridades y ritmos más propias del hip-hop.
Bebe Rexha, estadounidense de origen albanés, saltó a la fama por colaborar en el sencillo ‘Take Me Home’ del grupo de disc jockeys Cash Cash y por tener dos nominaciones a los premios Grammy. Luego se hizo más conocida por colaborar en la canción ‘Me, Myself & I’ con el rapero G-Eazy, la cual llegó al top 10 de la lista Hot 100 de Billboard USA y también por colaborar en el sencillo ‘Hey Mama’ de David Guetta. También es reconocida por escribir temas como ‘The Monster’ de Eminem y Rihanna, entre otros.
Con posterioridad fue lanzando varios singles y sus dos EPs llamados «All Your Fault», etc, hasta que en 2018 tuvimos su álbum debut «Expectations» con influencias pop y electrónicas. También ha destacado por sus colaboraciones: con J Balvin y David Guetta en ‘Say my name’, con Jax Jones en ‘Harder’, Rita Ora, Cardi B y Charli XCX en ‘Girls’, The Chainsmokers en ‘Call you mine’ o con Martin Garrix en ‘In the name of love’.

Este es el mejor proyecto en el que nunca he trabajado y el disco es mi favorito absoluto» escribió Bebe Rexha en sus redes sociales recientemente, acerca de ese 2º album del que no tenemos más detalles de momento.
Por su parte, Doja Cat tiene editado dos albums pero ha tenido un gran éxito este año con su tema ‘Say so’ (incluso lanzó remix con Nicki Minaj). y en los últimos meses ha estrenado canciones con Anne-Marie (‘To be young’), con Sia y Ozuna (‘Del mar’) con The Weeknd (‘In your eyes’ remix).
