La cantante norteamericana Ariana Grande presenta ‘Just look up’, su tema en colaboración con el rapero Kid Cudi para la BSO de la película “No mires arriba (Don’t look up)”, en la que también participa como actriz, de la plataforma Netflix.
‘Just look up’ ha sido compuesta por Ariana Grande & Kid Cudi junto a Taura Latrice Stinson y Nicholas Britell, con producción del último mencionado. Asimismo, el soundtrack al completo del film de Netflix Film corre a cargo también de Nicholas Britell (dos veces nominado a los premios Oscar’s y ganador de un Emmy).
El tema forma parte de la película de ciencia-ficción de Netflix “No mires arriba (Don’t look up)” (2021) dirigida por Adam McKay, con un elenco artístico del que forman parte ambos cantantes (como la célebre pareja de la música pop: Riley Bina y DJ Chello) acompañando a Timothée Chalamet, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Jonah Hill, Cate Blanchett, Meryl Streep o Ron Perlman, entre otros, y cuyo estreno está limitado a salas de cine comerciales en España a partir del 10 de diciembre (en Netflix estará disponible a partir del 24 de diciembre).
Es lo primero que publica Ariana Grande tras un tiempo de sequía musical tras el lanzamiento de su sexto álbum “Positions” a finales del año pasado (en apenas 7 años y el tercero en tres años consecutivos :“Sweetener”, 2018, y “Thank u, next”, 2019), que fue #1 en numerosos países importantes, y su colaboración (la tercera ya) con The Weeknd en el remix del single ‘Save you tears’ de aquel.
