La cantante canadiense Avril Lavigne presenta ‘Bite me’, su nuevo single de regreso acompañado del correspondiente videoclip e incluido en su próximo álbum de titulo previso “M.F.B”, dos años después de su último trabajo discográfico.
‘Bite me’, una canción de sonido pop-rock reconocible en su estilo, ha sido compuesta por la cantante junto a Marshmello, Omer Fedi y los productores MODSUN, John Feldmann y Travis Barker. El vídeo musical ha sido dirigido por Hannah Lux Davis.
Es el primer anticipo de su próximo proyecto discográfico, un álbum posiblemente titulado ‘M.F.B.’ (acrónimo de Motherfucking Princess) que se pondrá a lo largo de 2022 bajo el sello discográfico de Travis Barker, DTA Records, y sobre el que está trabajando con productores como Mod Sun (con el que hace casi un año colaboró en un single, ‘Flames’) o Machine Gun Kelly.
«Estoy jodidamente emocionada de lanzar nueva música. Me divertí mucho haciendo este disco. Esto es sólo una muestra de lo que está por venir» ha comentado Avril. Un álbum que dará continuidad a “Head Above Water” (2019) y del que habrá otro avance en enero, antes de salir de gira por Europa y Norteamérica.
Avril Lavigne es una de las artistas más influyentes de la cultura pop punk de los 2000, que saltó a la fama con el hit ‘Complicated’ (2002). Ha lanzado seis álbumes de estudio hasta ahora, vendiendo casi 50 millones de álbumes y 80 millones de sencillos en todo el mundo, con éxitos como ‘Complicated’, ‘Sk8er Boi’, ‘I’m with You’, ‘My Happy Ending’, ‘Girlfriend’ y ‘What The Hell’.
