La cantante Noah Cyrus (hermana de la famosísima Miley) presenta ‘Dear August’, su nuevo tema con PJ Harding que viene acompañado por el correspondiente videoclip. Es el primer single de «People don’t change», otro EP juntos que van a publicar.
‘Dear August’ ha sido compuesto por el productor australiano PJ Harding junto a la cantante estadounidense Noah Cyrus, en un tema de guitarra acústica con toques de folk y country clásico. La canción anuncia la llegada de su segundo EP colaborativo de ambos, «People Don’t Change», que saldrá a la venta este mismo año. El vídeo musical muestra lugares fascinantes y en realidad está inspirado en la película «The Notebook», que es una de las películas favoritas de Noah.
«Fue algo extraño y divertido escribir ‘Dear August’ luego de ‘July’. Estaba pasado por mucho. Sufro de ansiedad y depresión.», comentó Noah Cyrus, añadiendo: «Julio y agosto del 2020 fue una parte muy dura para mi durante la cuarentena. Perdí a mi abuela, y estaba viendo el futuro como una esperanza. La canción me recuerda que debes ir a la luz al final del tunel. Tal vez no sea perfecto, pero debes llegar«.
Noah Cyrus se inició en el mundo del entretenimiento como actriz, en la serie “Doc» y en apariciones especiales en la icónica serie “Hannah Montana”, donde compartió créditos con su hermana Miley Cyrus. En 2016, lanzó su sencillo debut ‘Make Me (Cry)’, en colaboración con Labrinth. El año pasado lanzó el primer EP “The End of Everything” con PJ Harding (incluyendo su éxito ‘July’) y más recientemente lanzó el single ‘All Three’ en diciembre.
