El ahora popular grupo italiano Måneskin presentan ‘Mammamia’. Es el primer single que publican tras convertirse en uno de los grandes fenómenos musicales del año tras su victoria en el Festival de Eurovisión 2021. Se acaba de estrenar el videoclip que ha sido dirigido por la realizadora española Rei Nadal.
‘Mammamía’ fue compuesta y producida nuevamente por Måneskin & Fabrizio Ferraguzzo, en un tema rock con toques de baile grabado en directo para mantener el sonido más crudo con una letra que habla irónicamente de la percepción que tiene la gente de comportamiento propio, mientras que las intenciones y pensamientos son realmente diferentes.
Este nuevo single llega siete meses después del lanzamiento de su segundo álbum de estudio, “Teatro d’ira – Vol. I”. Los miembros del grupo Måneskin han pasado de ser artistas desconocidos a los triunfadores del espectáculo musical más grande del mundo con su estilo retro rock-punk que incluye prendas diseñadas por la firma italiana Etro. Damiano David (vocalista), Victoria De Angelis (bajista), Thomas Raggi (guitarrista) y Ethan Torchio (baterista) son los nombres de sus componentes.
Su tema de rock ‘Zitti e buoni’ ganó el pasado mes de mayo la gran final del 65ª edición del Festival de Eurovisión 2021 celebrado en Róterdam (ciudad de Países Bajos), representado a Italia. Tras ello, la banda ha conseguido este verano despegar su carrera a nivel internacional logrando hitos como colocar dos singles en el Top10 de las listas mundiales de forma simultánea (algo que no ocurría desde tiempos de ABBA) con los temas ‘I wanna be your slave’ y ‘Beggin’, una destacada versión rock del clásico de los años 50 original de Frankie Valli & The Four Season que ya fue versionado también con éxito en 2007 por el grupo Madcon.
