La cantante estadounidense Olivia Rodrigo (ex-chica Disney) presenta el videoclip de ‘Good 4 u’, su tercer single tras ‘Deja vú’ y el mayor éxito a nivel mundial de los últimos meses, ‘Drivers license’.
‘Good 4 u’ ha sido compuesta y producida por Dan Nigro en colaboración de Alexander 23. El video oficial ha sido dirigido por Petra Collins, rindiendo homenaje a las películas de terror de culto y comedia oscura de las décadas de 1990-2000. Tan solo unas horas después se ha convertido en tendencia mundial, ya que además se ha estrenado a la vez que la 2ª de ‘High School Musical: El musical: La serie’ en la que ella participa.
Es otro avance de su álbum debut “SOUR” que se publica la semana próxima a través de Geffen Records, contando con la producción de Dan Nigro (habitual suyo que ha trabajado también con artistas como Conan Gray, Carly Rae Jepsen o Lewis Capaldi). Un disco anunciado como mezcla de pop como género predominante, pero también de folk y rock alternativo. Su primer sencillo, ‘Drivers license’, se convirtió en la canción más reproducida en un día, liderando plataformas como Spotify y llegando a ser #1 en EE.UU. y U.K. durante muchas semanas, entre otros logros. Posteriormente lanzó ‘Deja vú’ como segundo single con buenos datos de éxito también.
La también actriz estadounidense Olivia Rodrigo fue conocida como Page Olvera en el programa “Bizaardvark” o como Nini Salazar-Roberts en “High School Musical: The Musical, The Series” de Disney + (en las que canta para la BSO los temas ‘All I Want’ o ‘Just For a Moment’ con Joshua Bassett).
