La artista brasileña Anitta presenta ‘Girl from rio’, su nuevo single que actualiza la melodía del clásico ‘The girl from Ipanema’ y viene acompañado del correspondiente videoclip. Es otro adelanto de su quinto álbum, el más internacional que está preparando hasta la fecha.
‘Girl from rio’ está producida por Stargate y con composición de Antônio Carlos Jobim, Mikkel Storleer Eriksen, Tor Erik Hermansen, RAYE, Anitta & GALE. Según el comunicado oficial: “Anitta ofrece una oda atrevida y sexy a las damas de su ciudad natal. Sus versos pícaros e ingeniosos dan paso al gancho cantable inmediatamente, Chicas calientes de donde soy. No parecemos modelos. Líneas bronceadas, grandes curvas y la energía brilla, te enamorarás del verdadero Río”
En el vídeo musical, con dirección de Giovanni Bianco (Nicki Minaj, Madonna), rinde tributo a la cultura de Río de Janeiro, en un homenaje de celebración a la cultura resiliente y vibrante de su ciudad natal. La cantante se pone un traje de baño inspirado en la estética de los años 40 y representa a una mujer sensual que va avanzando hacia los tiempos modernos.
Sobre su próximo trabajo discográfico que está preparando, Anitta ha comentado: “Es el momento más importante de mi carrera. Ahora, puedo mostrar más sobre mi arte y cultura al mundo a nivel internacional. No puedo esperar a que todos escuchen la música nueva en la que he estado trabajando, que será una mezcla de sonidos nuevos en español e inglés”. Ese 5º album ya ha contado con avances como ‘Tócame’, ‘Me gusta’ o ‘Loco’ y cuenta con la colaboración de Ryan Tedder (OneRepublic) en labores de producción.
La también presentadora y actriz Anitta empezó su carrera profesional de música en 2013, publicando su single debut ‘Show das Poderosas’ con gran éxito en Brasil acompañado de su primer álbum homónimo. Al mismo siguieron sus siguientes discos “Ritmo Perfeito” (2014), “Bang5” (2015) y “Kisses” (2019) con singles de éxito como ‘Downton’ (con J Balvin), ‘Paradinha’ , ‘Me gusta’ o ‘Modo turbo’ junto a Luísa Sonza y Pabllo Vittar (que ha tenido un gran éxito en su país).
