‘Withou you’ ha sido compuesta por Billy Walsh, Blake Slatkin, Omer Fedi, Miley Cyrus & The Kid LAROI, contando en la producción con Blake Slatkin & Omer Fedi, en un tema pop-punk que habla de una relación de amor-odio y al que ella aporta su toque más rockero. El vídeo musical ha sido dirigido por la propia Miley Cyrus.
La canción original de ‘Withour you’ por The Kid LAROI en solitario se publicó en diciembre de 2020, escalando posiciones a los primeros puestos en países importantes como EE.UU. y U.K., convertiendose en un éxito internacional.
