El cantante británico Rag’n’Bone Man y la artista estadounidense Pink han unido voces en ‘Anywhere Away From Here’ acompañado del correspondiente videoclip. Es el nuevo adelanto del segundo álbum “Life by misadventure” del también compositor, que se publica en mayo.
‘Anywhere Away from Here’ ha sido compuesta por Rag’n’Bone Man, Simon Aldred, Mark Crew, Dan Priddy & Ben Jackson-Cook contando en la producción con este último junto a Mike Elizondo. El video musical se desarrolla con ambos artistas en un teatro abandonado, pero casi intacto en su mobiliario.
«Esta canción es una reflexión honesta sobre querer desaparecer ante situaciones incómodas y también sobre las vulnerabilidades a las que todos hacemos frente. Es un honor tener a Pink en esta grabación y estoy muy contento de que ella haya podido ser parte de esta canción» ha comentado Rag n Bone Man, añadiendo P!nk : «Desde que lo vi ya me había enamorado de su voz y cuando nos conocimos en persona rápidamente aprendí que también tenía un alma preciosa. Desde entonces, supe que quería trabajar con él algún día. ‘Anywhere away from here’ no podría ser una mejor canción para que cantáramos juntos. Estoy tan honrada de ser parte de esta colaboración».
“Life by misadventure” será el segundo álbum de Rag’n’Bone Man que se publicará el próximo 7 de mayo y cuenta en la producción, casi en su mayoría, con el multiinstrumentista Mike Elizondo junto a los colaboradores habituales Ben Jackson-Cook, Bill Banwell y Desri Ramus , a los que se les unen el batería Daru Jones y la guitarrista Wendy Melvoin. ‘All you ever wanted’ fue el primer single, dando continuidad con otro adelanto, ‘Fall in love again’. Por su parte, para Pink es el siguiente single que estrena tras ‘Cover Me In Sunshine’ junto a su hija Wilow Sage Hart.
Rory Graham, aka Rag’n’Bone Man, publicó su álbum debut “Human” en 2017 y fue todo un éxito: fue 4 veces Platino y se disparó al #1 en la semana de su lanzamiento en Reino Unido convirtiéndose en el álbum de un artista masculino que más rápidamente se vendió en la década y valiéndole un premio BRIT.
