La cantante norteamericana Ariana Grande presenta videoclip para ’34+35′, el segundo single del reciente álbum «Positions». El tema, que hace referencia a la posición sexual «69» jugando en la letra con la palabras y los dobles sentidos, ya estaba teniendo gran éxito sin haber sido lanzado a promoción.
’34+35′ es un tema producido por Peter Lee Johnson y Tommy Brown, caracterizado por sonidos hip hop con arreglos con violines. Está compuesto por Ariana Grande y una larga autoría: Albert Stanaj, Courageous Xavier Herrera, Peter Lee Johnson, Scott Nicholson, Steven Franks, Tayla Parx, Tommy Brown y Victoria Monét.
El vídeo musical fue dirigido por Julien Christian Lutz alias Director X, quien aparece en los últimos minutos en una grabación del rodaje. La temática es de ciencia ficción cómica (como en su día fue su exitoso ‘Break Free’) y cuenta la historia de un grupo de científicas en un laboratorio que intentan que un robot con armadura de su creación (interpretado por Ariana) cobre vida. La propia cantante había anunciado su lanzamiento ayer a través de las redes sociales.
’34+35′ es la canción del álbum «Positions» que mejor estaba funcionando al margen del ya conocido primer sencillo, ‘Positions’. Había sido #8 en Estados Unidos y #9 en Reino Unido, por ejemplo, sin promoción ni haber sido confirmado como single.
